I'm thrilled to share a big announcement today. I have joined Instart Logic, a leader in the application delivery market, and will be heading the company’s global field operations.
With more than 500+ websites globally using Instart Logic’s application delivery platform, I will be helping further accelerate the impressive momentum the company has already achieved. For most of my career, I’ve been focused on navigating the complexities associated with the enterprise software space, starting with Mercury Interactive, moving onto ArcSight and most recently as EVP Sales at Invincea. Not long ago, I came to realize that I wanted something more. I wanted to contribute to a high-growth company that has the potential to completely disrupt the application delivery market. The world of application delivery has fundamentally changed, while traditional content delivery vendors have failed to materially respond – a gap that Instart Logic has successfully satisfied.
My first few days at Instart Logic have reinforced my decision to join. My career decisions are carefully calculated and assessed in three main buckets – a large TAM, excellent people and a disruptive product. Instart Logic has nailed all three.
The application delivery market is demanding a better solution and Instart Logic has the answer. With faster performance, better security, and more agility than incumbent vendors, Instart Logic is changing the application delivery landscape. In addition, the world of application delivery and security have collided, offering fertile ground for Instart Logic to continue its accelerated growth.
I couldn’t be more impressed with the team and caliber of talent at Instart Logic. It truly is a unique blend of folks who are super-smart and extremely driven to help the company achieve its goals. I’m further encouraged to witness unilateral accountability across each piece of the organization.
After meeting with several customers during my first week, one common thread in the conversations is superior client support and rapid innovation. Customers love Instart Logic and value their solution. They have a completely unique architecture that is able to do something innovative and revolutionary. Best of all, it’s non-invasive to your code base and just works.
As VP of Worldwide Field Operations, it will be my privilege to get Instart Logic's application delivery platform into the hands of more customers globally. As part of this effort, we have recently hired Andrew Bartlam, who will lead all of our EMEA sales efforts. Andrew has an impressive track record of effectively selling into the EMEA market. He is a 20-year industry veteran with sales executive experience at organizations including Jive Software, Rackspace, and Adobe. I couldn’t be more excited to be working with Andrew to meet the demands of the EMEA market.
Together, we will drive a culture of client focus, enabling customer loyalty. I am very optimistic about what the future will bring.
